  1. I am not a CIA graduate, but I have studied cooking for years. Many years ago, I realized that if I wanted to eat and share meals that were prepared and presented in a manner that would please me, I would have to learn to do it. Cooking is one of the most satisfying endeavors of my life, and I love to plate a meal that draws compliments. My dad also flew 51's, and my son is a 3rd. generation pilot. Between the 3 of us, we have punched a bunch of clouds. Our Tennessee home is in Middle Tennessee. We are about 40 minutes west of Knoxville in the 210.
  2. Why wait until Saturday? I am retired, (kinda) and I am well stocked with beer and most any adult beverage that you can think of. Come on down!!!
  3. I have been flying for 48 years, and I have flown most singles and twins. I have a lot of time in MU2's and a few other turboprops. The last few years, I have been flying a Citation 5 and our C-210, which we have owned for so many years it seems like a member of the family. If it goes fast, I like it! I have raced motocross, most classes of dirt cars, and Nascar late models. I have been wrenching for most of my life, and I maintain my motorcycles, cars, mower, tractor, and airplane. Around home, I am the electrician, carpenter, pool boy, yard boy, chef, etc. I have been married to the love of my life for more than 34 years. Life is good!!!
