It's not the phone. The car doesn't try to get the signal.

I do that also. I remove the device and I also do the master reset. But now it doesn't even look for the phone

So my sync doesn't recognize my phone. The sync lost connection so I did a master reset like I've done in the past and now when I hit add phone it says - initializing by. Please try again. The car isn't even searching for a signal. The message pops up instantly. Any ideas for a fix?
