Yeah, we got the Sport and don't intend on taking it muddin'. However, with the way idiots drive around town, it'd be nice to have little something upfront for extra protection. Plus, it just kind of looks cool.

Yeah. Damn, they're expensive. A $200 add on from the factory but $500 if you want to do it yourself? Looks like they don't sell it as a kit anymore. ?

We recently purchased a 2017 Edge Sport w/out Vista roof, which everyone knows does not come with the option for factory roof side rails. Well, we'd like to add them, but finding information on where/how is proving to be challenging. Is it possible to add OEM side rails and if so, where do we find them? I would assume the roof is the same from the SE thru Sport models, so why isn't it an option like the others? Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.
