Nerf and or Bull Bars for Edge/MKX?

I installed a set of nurf bars myself, found them on ebay runningboardswarehouse is the seller that is also there website but it is 10 bucks cheaper on ebay -
I bought a new 2008 SE and was looking to change out the manual seat for a power seat, has anyone done this?
