Want to thank everyone here, i just bought a 2013 edge sport and driver side was blowing cold air even when calling for heat. We did two things We unplug connector, reconnected and also gently push the rod and now is 100% responding cold and hot. Again thank you, you have at least saved a few hundred Bucks and headaches
