The whole back part of the console pulls out? Just under the vents is what appears to be an access point, bout one inch by 5 inches. Does that cover need removed in order to pull the back part of the console off?

I am trying to replace the air vents located on the middle console that blow air to the back seats. Where can I access the vent to remove it and replace it?
