How did you end up dealing with the wiring, Lex? I'm in the same boat as you were -- just installed a hitch on my Edge, and now fighting with getting wiring to it. As you probably saw during your install, there is a factory harness under the bumper. Did you ever figure out a way to tap into it, or did you just end up buying the kit with the "T-Connector" for around $40? Thanks, Pete
