Have 2017 Ford Edge SEL with sync 3. Just completed a 3,700 mile Northwest trip and did the set destination on nav sync 3. The system was working just fine. Then out of the blue it adds unknown address. And starts to tell me to make a series of turns for that destination which I ignored and then the system recalculates after I pass that unknown address to my original destination. Not once but twice on the trip the nav sync 3 added a unknown address .........what causes that problem ? thanks

I purchased a 2017 Ford SEL 2WD fully loaded. Took a 1400 mile road trip and it was a dream come true the way the Edge performed. I am happy camper. My other vehicle to run around in is a 2003 Ford Ranger that had been a work horse. Enjoy your Edge. Magnetic !
