Good afternoon all, It appears my 2007 Ford edge (about 130,000 miles) has the dreaded water pump issue(water/coolant dripping beneath the front area of the car after driving, car beginning to overheat, pressure escaping the coolant overflow). My Oil seems to be contaminant free currently. I am scared to conduct much trouble shooting on my own in fear of contaminating the oil while my vehicle has this issue. Where can i start with prepping for a DIY water pump replacement? Does the engine need to be removed from the vehicle? I've seen a lot of posts about the engine needing to be dropped or lifted for accessing the water pump. Thanks in advance, any help is greatly appreciated. - Jameson

Hello! I'm looking to install a door lock actuator in a few days.is there a decent how to or video for a 2007 Ford Edge(if not a similar years model)? I can't seem to find anything specific on youtube or google sadly Did you have any luck Josh? I'm guessing you arent still hanging around here...
