Agree, this is likely due to a defective clock spring but (less likely) could also be a wiring/connector or ACM issue. 

Yes I have dual zone climate control. How I recalibrate it?

Just disconnect the battery for a few minutes and the system will recalibrate itself when you reconnect and restart. Don't touch the AC controls for about a minute after starting. That's all there is to it.

 

 

I need a hot always fuse on the cabin fuse panel.

What MY is your Edge?

For the people that have installed this aftermarket alarm, are you happy with it? If you try to lock the car with tailgate or door open will it warn you?

 

My dealer quoted me $550 for labor. Online quote was $20 which dealer won't honor. Trying another dealer who estimated $150. The price for living in California. Can't do it myself since not agile enough any more to work under the dash.

I bought my 2011 sel edge brand new . I've had lots of problems. The latest I've had is the passengers side temperature will beep constantly and increase the heat even when on AC. Touching the dual button does nothing and sometimes not even the touch screen . Brought the vehicle to the Ford dealer and no codes came up . They suspect the FCIM . That was in August. I recently went back to purchase this part and the parts manager didn't know what I was talking about. He called me later and said Ford didn't make these so he was going to order. Then told me there was no delivery from that company so go to a scrap yard . Good service ! Does anyone know what part I should be looking for? He was also trying sell the front panel.

Is the driver side temperature control functioning normally?

I have a 2015 edge se. Just bought 2 extra keys to program. Programmed the first one no problem but...when I tried the second it said maximum keys programmed. I see that the car says it has 4 admin keys programmed. I only got 2 fobs when I bought the Edge. That means there is an admin key out there in the wild. (programmed before I purchased the car) At least I now have 3 keys. Is there any way to wipe out all extra keys so there are only 2 admin keys so I can program the other two????

The remote start system counts as one of the admin keys.

You can erase all the keys with FORScan.
