I am having the same issue with my 2010 Edge Limited. I have the Dual Control but not the Sony System. It does have the Microsoft Sync system. When I run the self test I get "A2 6E" in the display. I cannot find what this means. There is a buzzing sound for about 20 seconds whenever I first turn the vehicle on unless I turn the heat off prior to shutting the vehicle off.
