2011 Ford Edge. Wipers would not shut off so I replaced the wiper switch/arm. Now wipers will go intermittent, low, etc. but will not go on high speed? Did I get a bad switch? any thing else I can check? Thanks

I'm assuming an Auto Zone or someone could give me the same information? Save me the cost of buying a tester (especially if I might have to replace the battery)

I did check the battery when the car was not running. I got 12.6 volts. I plan on testing today while it's running to see what I get. My thought was that it may be the battery as well.

2011 Edge and both my IKT (Integrated keyhead transmitters) stopped locking and unlocking my doors. Changed batteries and that did not help. Tried to reprogram by turning key to on off 8 times and it goes into programming but when pressing the key it does not respond. I disconnected the battery the first time and both fobs worked again but stopped working after about 10 minutes. Disconnected battery again for approx. an hour and both fobs worked again for the rest of the day but stopped working the next morning. So frustrated. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Mark

I just purchased a 2011 with the MyTouch radio. It appears that my version is 2.7. Is this the latest version? I read somewhere about a version 3.10? I would like to enable navigation to this radio if possible by using FORScan software. Has anyone attempted this? Thanks,
