I have a factory installed D3S 35 watt on my 2011 Edge Limited and want brighter lights. Any recommendations?

I am replacing my very grainy camera and want clarification on the calibration. what obd11 cable do I get if I am using my laptop and the forescan software?

2011 Edge Limited AWD with 42,000 miles. My brakes work fine for stopping initially but sometimes when I have to hit the brake in stop and go traffic I have to stand on the pedal to stop the vehicle. Thought I wasn't going to be able to stop a few times. The collision alert didn't go off on those hard stops so I was not going that fast.
