Well last week was the first time that I removed the engine cover off my edge and the front two and rear two Vct Solenoids are leaking oil. Do I need to buy new solenoid's or can I just replace the seals on them?

Well I just bought my 2011 Edge two days ago and the roof was working perfectly. Today I went to open it and it slid open about an inch then just stopped. It will close fine and when you hit the button to open it pops up and slides about an inch. It makes not grinding sounds or any thing. What could possibly be jaming or what could have broke?
