It doesn't do anything. Now it's not locking either so I'm pretty sure it's the switch.

Hello this is my first post. I have a 2013 Ford Edge Limited. For some reason the passenger door switch for the unlock won't work. It's the switch on the door. If you hit it to lock it will lock the doors but it won't unlock any doors. I didn't know if there was some kind of child safety thing or something that I don't know about. We just bought the car a few days ago and I can't find anything in the manual about it. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
