My best guess was that the rotor was egg shaped to the point that when the more pointy edge came around that it was getting stuck on the new caliper. To fix the issue I was having I decided to pull all parts off from the store I had used and returned them. Than I went to its competition and got that stores top of the line rotor and brake pads and just reused caliper that was in vehicle to begin with for the fact that the caliper had been misdiagnosed by the technician that had done the warranty check. So now roar is gone and I figured the issue out
I recently changed my front driver side brake rotor, caliper, rubber brake line, inner tie rod end and now when I stop it has a loud roar sounds like a air horn. It doesnt do it all the time but cant seem to find the problem out
