I located the factory code for my 2013 Edge Sport (on the label stuck to the fuse box) but have not been able to change the code to my personal code. I think I'm following the correct process, beginning with the doors in locked position: 1. enter factory code 2. press 1/2 key briefly 3. enter personal code 4. press 1/2 key for two seconds 5. nothing happens What am I doing wrong?
