thanks had it on the lift the other day and we didn't see it but we also didn't take all the underpinning off. Maybe its just the Gen 2 2.0L

I have a 2017 SEL AWD 3.5L and want to change the fuel filter, where is it? I know Ford likes the lifetime in tank filters but I could have sworn I read the Gen 2's have inline filters but had it on the lift and can't find it. Even 3 different part stores have a listing for my make and model.
Anybody have and idea if they even have one and if so where? Pics or diagrams would help
thanks

The fuse box does look like a spine twister until you realize....ta daaaaa...you can remove the change (or whatever you put in there) drawer. Pull that out and you're looking right at the fuse panel. At that point it's pretty simple just to reach up under the dash while you're looking through that opening to insert/remove fuses/fuse taps.
I figured the hard part for your installer was getting the delay box installed in your glove box and routing cable to it from power/camera.
Cheers!
how do you get that change drawer out LOL

I agree with people say the price of the ST to the Sport is not that bad but IMO the Sport was way overpriced to start with

That and torque management but just heads up there is still advantages to running the higher octane. Besides power it does get better fuel efficiency. Also these DI engines get build up on back of intake valves and the higher the octane the cleaner it will burn. So on a motor that is port injected it would spray fuel through the valve keeping them cleaner. Now it is direct injection and only air passes through valve which leads to carbon build up. So we still suggest running higher octane fuel. And yes some people drive harder with a tune so gas mileage goes out the window.
You still haven't replied on how much boost your tune is making. I believe this was the 3rd time asked

I use the parking brake more than ever on my 2017 Edge. Just hand washing it moves back and forth (seems like 6 inches LOL) so much. Worst ever, WHY is there so much play?

Probably screw in an eye bolt for an engine hoist

thanks, I would lose it on my computer LOL. Funny the stuff I save and can never find again
-
I understand that save the OEM tune but have read that stuff happens and you get a corrupted file then you need to go to the dealer for a reflash. Some people copy and store theirs on a drive

Thanks, Mano I was reading another thread about tunes you mentioned to save your OEM tune on a USB or Computer for safe keeping. how do you do that? You can PM me if you don't want to go into detail here. Thanks

I just bought an Unleashed SCT X4 for Torrie and it comes with 3 tunes. My question is what 3 tunes would you guys recommend for a stock 2017 SEL AWD 3.5L? Not sure what my options are, so a list of tunes and what did you get would be great. thanks

Has anybody had trouble with aftermarket HID in their low beams not playing well with there DRL's?

What for options?
.
sorry missed the response, 201a package I believe

Do you have a blue wire? That should work.
3 wires with 3 different shades of blue LOL. Going to make a post on Radar forums they will have it
-
Thanks for the help but no yellow wire going to have to dig a little deeper

I tapped in from the fuse box under the steering wheel with a save-a-fuse. Hardest part was getting the fuse out and back in, it is a bugger to get to. I think it was F22 or F26. Accessory fuse anyway. I poked around in the mirror area and could not find anything useful to tap into. Mine was for a dashcam BTW.
these work good

I have a 2017 edge Sel. I am trying to wire in a radar detector to my auto dimming rearview mirror. Any ideas which wire is pos and neg? I had it wired up in my 2010 fusion with no issues and a search on this forum does not give adequate info. Thanks in advance for the help.

Just bought a used 2017 Edge SEL canyon ridge(looks just like the cover page edge LOL) AWD 3.5 loving it so far.

how much of a hit do you take for opting out of a ESP plan? Just bought a used 2017 SEL edge Friday and got talked into a plan (my bad I know better) 5/60k for $2500. The car has 21.500 on it. After looking at these numbers on this thread I feel I got hosed and want to cancel, I know I can cancel anytime (that's what the sales rep said at least) but how will I take a beating and is there a grace period to back out? Would it change my monthly payment or just the final numbers thanks
Edit: forgot to mention it was the Premium ESP bumper to bumper
