2018 Edge 3.5L AWD oil drain plug torque

Hi all, I have been unable to find a service manual in the local auto parts store and would like to change the oil filter and drain the oil. Can anyone tell me the torque spec for the oil drain plug/bolt and I'm assuming the oil filter get tightened by turning until contact and another 3/4 turn. Would that be correct?

Went from a F150 to the AWD 2018 Edge SEL with 3.5L and not looking back. I've been watching this forum for a few weeks now and it looks great. Dan
