  1. Thanks fellas, much appreciated. So interestingly I swapped to winter wheels and tires today, 17's on 235/65 tires, and the sound and vibration are *almost* gone. In fact I'd say there's a chance I'm reading too much into basic undulations and vibrations at this point because of paranoia. Perhaps the 22's were just really unbalanced. I'll have them checked out during the winter. Thanks again
  2. I have had an odd clicking or tapping sound this last week in my recently purchased, used, 2013 Edge Sport. I assumed it may be a CV joint or even bearing, but someone pointed me to this: https://repairpal.com/clicking-noise-from-wheel-area-while-car-is-moving-295 I had no idea what plastic cladding was, but I learned that Ford and some others have started cladding their wheels with some kind of plastic chrome? I found some videos on it, but I couldn't determine if the factory 22" wheels that came with my sport variant are cladded as well. Does anyone know? Thanks!
  3. Original windshield and battery as far as I can tell, but I'll triple check tonight on the battery. Do you happen to know where the sensors are for it? Maybe they just need a quick clean.
  4. Hello everyone, I just picked up a 2013 Edge Sport to be the new family hauler. Turns out rear-facing car seats and the S4 don't go together Still it's a pretty fun package all told, and I'm impressed with the tech. The only major niggle I have is that the automatic rain sensing wipers seem to be really ineffective? I had them on the S4 and they worked a treat, any adjustment in sensitivity made a noticeable change. On the Edge they barely seem to register the rain. We've had a couple days of relatively heavy rain here, and yesterday driving around the wiper wouldn't activate until it was well past the point the windshield was obscured. I had the sensitivity setting turned up to the point where the next-notch just turned the wipers on fast-permanent, it felt like the previous settings did nothing at all, and that third-to-last setting barely worked. Is this normal to anyone else's experience? Should I be taking it to the dealer to look at? Thanks for the help
