Hi not an Edge but I have a 2014 Escape Se. My system worked fine and the next morning I went out and there is no audio. My backup camera works, all buttons go through the motions but no sound. The radio is stuck on 640 AM. I've put a CD in and it forwards through all songs showing titles and artist. Bluetooth works but again no sound. We have pulled the fuses which were fine, unplugged the battery, reset to factory settings, did a master reset, and installed new software update. Stil no sound. Had the car at the mechanic for a different problem and he looked at it as well and couldn't figure out why it appears to be working fine but absolutely no sound. The mute is not on.
