I have a 2010 SE and after several rains found water under and around the spare tire. Looks like it could be coming from the roof down the pillars but also found water under the latch area. Maybe coming in through number holes? Has anyone had this issue? Help!

Hello, we just purchased a 2010 Edge SE and after several rains found rain under and around the spare tire area. After pulling apart the paneling it appears the water may be coming down the pillar behind the back seat. Could this be coming from the roof rails? The car doesn't actually have a roof rack but does have the beauty rails... HelP!
