I'm assuming the parts in red are what you are thinking needs replaced? You said from 2013?

Hey guys and gals, I'm new here to the forum. We bought our first edge 7 years ago and had almost no issues. So when it was time to replace it (it got totalled), we bought another Edge. This one is a 2011 with the MyFord Touch system. It has a few electrical issues I can't figure out and I'm hoping others may know how to solve them. 1. There is a CD stuck in the CD player. When you press the eject button, it does nothing at all. 2. The hazard lights don't work. Again, when you press the button (no physical button), it doesn't do anything. 3. The backup camera doesn't work. This seems to be a somewhat common issue and I'm guessing I just need to replace the camera. I have tried to reboot the system. I have pulled the battery cable and let it sit. These have not done anything as far as fixing the problems. Any input would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
