I saw this but I don’t understand what the initialization process is. There is nothing blocking it and it is lubed up

Recently my battery got unplugged in my Edge and now that my moonroof is open I cannot get it to close. It will move maybe 4 inches and stop and then open up again. Help! It’s going to rain soon so speedy replies are awesome
