Water in my tail light on the Ford edge titanium 19

I will call them to see. I read some other people that took it to the dealership and I saw that other said it has to be a ton of water. Thanks for your help Karen -
I just got my Ford Edge titanium 2019 and I went to the car wash and when I got out I saw water. Why does Ford fix this problem? Has anyone had any luck? Why is this okay?
