Hi, I have a strange problem. The pads and rotors are new from Ford. This issue has been on going for about a year. I’ve taken the brakes apart and put them back together more than I can count. But eventually the same issue arises. If I break hard, there is a grinding sound. Also when I release the brakes it sounds as if the pads are seized on. When I check the brakes, the pads are loose and not worn out at all. If I break normally, there is no grinding or noise. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas?
