I checked the rpm today. I was in a park position and raised the rpm while I turned left to right. it was very free. Another part dealer asked me to buy another pump.

it's a 2007 edge. the fluid level is not full. I will have to check my oil dealer if he has valvoline Maxlife. It is hard on both right and left

Good day house I replaced my power steering pump and I had to work on my steering rack to stop oil leaks. I use Mecron V as indicated on my manual, still my steering gets hard to turn. it's only free if I have parked the vehicle for some hours, after a while driving it becomes hard to turn.

yea you are right. it's the rubber boot I replaced on the CV axle. in Nigeria we are prone with water logged roads and this parts seem to wear off easily. I replaced the rubber boot and the light came on. though I have used it that way for over 2 months. thanks paulschott. I will take your response to my technician

Hello house, I took my 07 ford edge to a technician to replace the rubber on my camshaft. After the repair I noticed ABS, traction and wrench light showing on the dashboard. We checked the ABS sensor and it is intact. Could this be a wrong setting on the tone ring?
