2008 Mkx 3.5. I believe I have a small trans fluid leak at the oil cooler thermal bypass valve. I suspect the quick diconnects for the hoses that attach to the valve. I understand how they come apart but am wondering if the seals are servicable? I found part # 5L7Z-7D285-A but can't tell if it is the right one or not. # 8 in the diagram

I recently bought a '16 MKX Reserve with what I believe to be a factory tow hitch. It has the regular 4 way trailer plug mounted the left of the receiver hitch. I needed to tow a small trailer the other day and I discovered I have no power to the right turn/brake terminal at the plug. Everything else works fine. I poked around a bit hoping to find trailer fuses or some thing but they must be things of the past. Does anyone know where the trailer light harness disappears to from the bumper area ? I am hoping I just have a bad connection somewhere. Thanks

Hello all. New guy from KS here. Looks like alot of good info and helpful people. I farm and ranch here in northern Kansas on about 3000 acres of crop and pasture ground. I also run around 225 cow/calf pairs. Just picked up a 2016 MKX to replace a 2008 MKX that we handed down to our daughter after my wife put around 75,000 miles on it. Really like the MKX/Edge vehicles and looking forward to participating here. Matt
