Unfortunately, I did not write it down before doing the update. It was Sync 3 that was installed at the factory.

After over 5 hours, the update finally finished. The stick was an HP 2.0 USB - perhaps that is why it was so slow.

Has anyone else tried the new Sync 3.3 update from a USB stick on a 2018 Edge SEL? It appears to be stuck "updating system software" after two hours.
