Vancouverpete

I can’t seem to find where I can fill up the fluid on this model. It does not have a dipstick or a cap. Can only the dealer or an auto shop fill the ecoboost model? The fluid is low for sure. I accidentally drained it and now it won’t shift into any gear. I know I’m an idiot, just need an answer. thank you
