Did you ever try to install something for navigation? I'm in the same boat with my daughters 2019 SEL.

Thanks for the replies. I was just hoping for something that she didn't have to plug her phone in for tying that up. I was hoping that surely someone has just tried replacing the module to see if it worked. I thought I could find one from a wrecked vehicle if so.

Thanks for the reply. Does that show the posted speed limits, etc? She just turned 16 so she's a fairly new driver and was hoping to give her all the info we can without having to plug her phone in..

We purchased our daughter a 2019 Edge SEL that has the 8" display but not Navigation. I've read threads elsewhere about obtaining a license, etc. but wasn't sure if that still applies. I've also see where you can replace the module on the back side of the monitor? If I replaced this module with one from a VIN that had Navigation, would it be ready to go? Or is there anything else that needs to happen? Has anyone ever added Navigation successfully without purchasing a full system?

I"m curious of that myself. I was hoping to find someone with heated seats on the Dash bezel that would look and see what part numbers are on the wiring harnesses? I'm curious if I purchased a new bezel with the heated seats buttons if I can add the proper wiring harnesses and modify ForScan to enable them. I wonder how you find that out?

Thanks, I've found several OEM remote start kits, I like the one from Fairway Ford. I'm assuming this one you listed is in addition to the original OEM key-fob? You would have to carry both? I think we'd prefer to have just one key-fob if possible. If we add aftermarket seat warmers, I'm unsure how to tie that into the ECM to show it as a seat warmer, or if it's even possible? I'm curious if there's a harness that takes care of that? Has anyone added aftermarket seat warmers & tied it into the ECM?

We bought our daughter a 2019 Edge SEL and plan to add remote start & heated seats. Has anyone added these & somehow enabled the heated seats with the remote start? I see options in the settings but I’m sure that’s only for OEM heated seats? Any info is greatly appreciated.
