My 2010 Edge Sport’s power steering is sticking or “binding “ at low speed & when stopped. Steering fluid is full and above 15-20 mph the problem goes away . Increasing the rpm’s does not help. 3yrs ago the power steering pump was replaced, any thoughts on this are welcomed
