I'd forgotten, so took a look and see that the front use the plastic rivets and the rear uses the existing hex head screws.

Its a lot easier if you take the wheels off.

I ended up using the Ford hardware for the back and got my own bolts and J nuts from Ace Hardware.  They fit really well.

Same issue with the Sport, Ford don't make any that match the profile of  the body trim.

I don't know how different the ST body trim is, but the ones I bought on Amazon are perfect - you could contact that seller and see what they have for the ST.

Just ordered these.  How did you end up mounting them?  With the included J nuts or with the original Ford push pins?

Some of the reviews say they had trouble mounting them.

    Thanks.

I have a 2019 edge st I have two things I don't "love" about this vehicle. The EXPLODER I traded in had power folding outside mirrors I sort of miss those. Two. My sound system doesn't want to play my iPod . it appears to play, but no sound comes out. that's ok, I don't use it anyways.

X2 on the power folding mirrors.

A "hole"???? Oh how 2010! Practically ancient in car years.

In all seriousness, how often do you use a key to lock/unlock your car door? I can't remember how many years it's been since I have.

We tow our Edge 4 down behind our motorhome and in doing so I have to disconnect the battery.  If I didn't have to remove that cover piece, I wouldn't have to leave the car unlocked when I tow it.

It is not made to routinely take it off and put it back on as it would wear out the clips that hold it on.

You staring at the screen for an extended period of time, distracted, trying to type in an address that could be who knows how long, while driving is safe? Let me guess you text while driving too. Also reading the guesses in autofill is distracting too. Maybe some have allowed you to do it but people have funny ideas of what is safe while driving like applying makeup or reading a book or peeling an orange it doesn't mean it's safe.

Triggered.  Lol. I hardly text at home much less on the road.  Why would I stare at the screen while my passenger types in an address?  This is hilarious.

Actually what you describe were "A" models. (02-A's) Our's were unharmed psy-ops 02-B's equipped with one 1500 watt speaker which we blasted the VC with propaganda. We also rocked our "Grunt" brethren manning mission local firebases with a little Jimi Hendrix "Purple Haze" which was always greatly appreciated. Here is a picture of the speaker on the side of the aircraft.

  7. Daliner, once you have the sunvisor over to the side, you can slide it rearward on it's rod.

Things I wish my 17 Sport had....

    Power folding mirrors

    Available splash guards

The ability to tilt open the sunroof and then close the shade most of the way for venting while parked and locked up.

An exposed lock cylinder to manually unlock the drivers door.  That removable plastic piece is dumb.

Love going from 166 hp (CRV) to 315!
