What video? I don't see a link or address.

My mother somehow dropped her diamond earring and it managed to fall into the 12v outlet in the armrest compartment. I reached in to get it out but found out that there is a hole big enough just for the ear ring to fit and fall through!!! Does anybody know how I can remove all the trim and/or the center rotary shifter knob to get into the center to get her ear ring? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
