I have a 2013 Edge and the headlights are always on. The Ford dealer said they don't have a program to turn the running lights off. Is there a way to do so?

I own a 2013 Edge and I want to be able to turn off my daytime running lights when I choose to. I want to take my kids through a cave light show but can't because my headlights won't turn off in drive. Please help!
