After doing some research, it seems it is possible to extend the life of an engine with a head gasket sealer such as the one offered by Bar's Leaks. YouTuber tested this sealant in a Jaguar over the span of 2 years, video linked here for anyone that may be interested.

There’s a small coolant leak somewhere that is slowly draining the coolant from the reservoir and I’ve confirmed it’s definitely not an external leak. I’m not partial to any particular brands but was specifically looking at Bar’s Leaks products.

Thanks for the feedback guys, based on what I had seen online the general consensus was to avoid aftermarket and to stick with Motorcraft. Glad I got confirmation. Are there specific online dealerships that are recommended?

I've hit 131,201 miles and need to replace all mounts but need to decide on whether to go with aftermarket from O'Relly, AutoZone, Advance, etc. or to go with Motorcraft from the dealership. Anyone have experience with aftermarket mounts?
