I checked 28 with ignition in acc and on. Still no power. In fact when I turn the ignition to acc nothing powers on. I haven’t noticed this till just now. So maybe the ignition switch isn’t sending power to the 28 fuse?

Thank you for you’re response. Just wondering why 28 has no power to that fuse. Probably the reason the stereo doesn’t power. I will check to see if those other fuses you mentioned are good.

I just purchased a 2007 SEL and the Radio has no power. I located the owners manual to find the appropriate fuses. According the manual fuse 28 and 39 are for the radio in the under dash fuse box. I tested with a test light and found that 39 had power on both sides of the fuse but 28 which a 5 amp fuse had no power on either side of the fuse. I pulled it to test the prongs with the same result. My question is what exactly does each fuse go to in the radio? My guess is 39 is the 12v power since it’s a big 20 amp fuse but I have no clue on 28. Any help or info would be much appreciated.
