I have a 2013 Edge 3.5 SEL I replaced my struts and shocks in all four corners 2 years ago with Monroe Monroe quick struts on the front have gone bad. Very spongy ride in the front. I do not just want to replace an out under warranty, I've only driven 10,000 miles in the 2 years, I am thinking of either going KYB strut Plus and KYB shocks and KYB shocks in the back, or purchasing used Motorcraft springs and going Motorcraft. What do you guys think. I have seen some videos where the KYB springs on their strut plus is a little thicker. What's your opinion, I don't put on a whole lot of miles. But still Monroe going bad in 10,000 miles still shouldn't have happened.. Thank you for your feedback..

Has anyone had this issue, with key start ignition? Or only push to start? I called Ford today they said the TSB is only relevant for push to start ignitions. But I am having the same exact issues, as that TSB states : shift to park, shift indicator lights remain on when I exit the vehicle. Key gets stuck in the ignition. I was told I would have to replace the whole shifter probably, or it may be the gear selector on the side of the transmission. But it won't have anything to do with this switch. Somebody please chime in to help me.. Thank you..

I'm not cool on running Walmart oil. Do you all recommend running, high mileage synthetic? What is the big difference between Pennzoil ultra Platinum and Pennzoil Platinum?

Have a 2013 SEL 3.5 with about 110,000 MI, I bought it with about 89,000 miles, it was always serviced at the dealer, with Motorcraft synthetic blend. I use that for the first couple oil changes, then I switched over to Valvoline Maxlife, I've been considering switching over to a synthetic. I don't drive much, maybe 5,000 mi a year. If that. Mostly around town driving, occasionally make some long distance trips with it.. but I always change my oil twice a year. What do you guys recommend in the way of oil. If it wasn't for this internal water pump I would probably stay with what I have been using. Thanks ?
