My 2011 Edge Limited FWD Sync/My Ford Touch is dead. I located a few at the junk yard. The junk yard lady told me she needs the ID number off the module to insure I receive the correct one. I went to my local Ford (Brondes) dealer to help me locate the ID. They told me there was nothing they could do because the ID was located in the settings. Since the Sync would not come on. There was no way to find the number. I said so, if you replaced it and you could not get the ID off because the Sync does not work what would you do? They did not know and sent me to the parts department. There I received no help as well! So, here I am. Can someone please help me out. Thank you.
