I have been having this alert come up for about the last month and it goes away after a bit. I checked the voltage while it was idling(14.1v) and the battery is a 1 year old Interstate AGM battery. I figured it was nothing since everything checked okay and we continued driving the vehicle. Last night my wife called broken down on the roadside and it wouldn’t crank back up. Left overnight and went back today and it cranked right up and drove home. Appreciate any help on this.

I just found this thread today and my wife's 2013 Edge has started stalling and the brake pedal is hissing now when pushed, I tried looking up the VIN on the link posted above but it doesn't say anything about the booster, only about door latches. I feel certain this is the cause after reading it but we just bought the car from the original owner back in May of this year and I doubt they had it done. Anyone have input as to what I should do? Any help is appreciated.
