I had some time after work and with some huge help from Haz, I didn’t tear anything up too bad ?

I disassembled the b pillar and some of the a, and took out the grabbars. I was able to get my hand and a small ratchet passed the airbags.  The bolts were tight, I gave them a bit more but it didn’t cinch it down any tighter. They take a 10mm socket and each bolt has a large rubber gasket under the bar.

I think the roof bar was two pieces and hollow in the middle, water may be getting inside the hollow cavity and traveling down the alignment dowels net to the bolt holes.

(there’s a good picture of the bottom in this eBay ad)

Looks like I’ll be buying a pair of new bars cause if I have to drop the headliner, I’ll do em both.

I’ll talk to the dealer but I doubt they be able to help.

There was water spots and some dirt on the inside of the a pillar plastic, it’s traveling right on down the curtain airbags

Yeah, you don’t want those going off when you work on them…

Some of my family also comes from Prussia (East Prussia).  Two of my uncles were in the Waffen SS and fought on the eastern front for most of the war.

I think Bismarck had it right - be friends with Russia.

Thank you for sharing, not everyone would share this as you did.

Going through it and looking at it from the outside is different for sure.

I, for one, believe in talking it out, but I highly doubt Puddin will have any of that.

Prayers to all this ends soon in peace, no more lost lives, and on more civilized terms.

I ordered my 2022 Edge ST on September 28th, 2021 and it still doesn't show in production on the order site.  Heck, only about 5 months and I could change my order for a 2023!

I can tell you the build date for my 2021 ST was October 2021 - I think was one of the last Edges built as there were already 2022’s on the lot when looking in November 2021.

Are these the A-premium? How well do the holes line up?

Haven’t installed yet as waiting until it warms up a bit, few more weeks. They are sitting in the garage.

Well the good news is I don't have to put up with the odor, because it looks like there is a solution.  :)

Talked with them this afternoon and they have another upgraded hose (Gates brand) and they are sending them to me for install.

Really need to look at my kit this weekend….. as long as the white stuff stays away and I don’t end up using this

I would highly recommend installing it.  I clean mine every 1000 miles and it collects a lot of stuff I wouldn’t want back in the intake.  If you have “25” marked on the hoses you might want to inquire about the “35” marked hoses.

Will have to look at the hoses this weekend. It is sitting in the garage somewhere.

Thought you upgraded the hoses to the newer PSI and having problems again?
