I had the same problem took mine to the dealer and they: performed a TSB as specified, and adjusted alignment of liftgate latch striker, updated RGTM software. Verified liftgate to be aligned properly with referenced body gap specifications. Basically the realigned the latch and the door for $139.00, and it seems to have corrected the problem.
