Jack - I've simply given up on the USB ports and use the 12V plug for charging. It does seem to be an issue with the Edge though, doesn't it.

Thanks enigma-2 for your thoughts. I have to think the phone is recognized in that it works via Bluetooth for hands free use. I've tried my cable in another car and it works fine which leads me to believe it's something other than the cord.

Hello folks. Newbie here. I have a 2019 Titanium where the USB ports, either in the under dash compartment or behind the center armrest, won't charge either my I-Phone or my wife's Samsung. Thinking it may be a blown fuse, I located the fuse panel under the dash, but would need Houdini to actually get at the fuses to check them. Further, the blue lights circling each port would suggest that in fact there is power there. Any suggestions? Thanks - Garry
