took my car the shop thinking i had a wheel bearing going bad. When at low speed when turning the wheel sharply its like the steering is binding. It feels like a truck thats in 4wd when you try to turn sharp. the car doesn't turn freely it has to be under gas power. The shop said it was the front transfer case which i had them replace. The problem is still present. Anyone have any ideas
