My 2010 Ford Edge SEL just developed a cruise control problem - the cruise control automatically turns on - even when I'm not touching any of the controls on the steering wheel. The SUV begins to excel and I have to press the brake to turn the cruise control off. The green cruise control light will turn on when this happens, which is why I'm saying it is something to do with the cruise control. I would disable it, but I cannot find anything that tells me how to disable the cruise control or fix it. Help please :)
