Steering wheel voice activation button not working

Well I guess it's going to be intermittent because it started working. -
I have a 2021 Ford Edge Titanium. All of a sudden the voice activation button on my steering wheel is not working. I also have it set up where I can say "OK Ford " to activate. Anyone else having this issue?
