What ended up being your problem with the Edge? My wife was on her way to work today and she called me and is having the same issue. Just missing from a dead stop. She has a full tank of fresh gas and 64500 miles on her 08 - SEL Edge. I was thinking of running down the gas and putting in some 93 octane and fuel injector cleaner unless the problem gets worse or she gets an engine light to appear...

My wife and I are getting a little irritated with the steering wheel pull we have in her 08' AWD Edge. When we drive at any speed, the car wheel pulls to the right and requires us to hold the wheel over to keep it straight. We have tried pretty much everything. Tire rotations, new tires, proper tire inflation, 3 alignments at two seperate shops, (including a Ford garage, it was out the first time and needed a driverside tie rod end) and new brake rotors and pads. To me it seems to be an alignment issue, but the shops are telling me that our Edge is within Ford's specifications. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I see that Hypertech has a power / performance programmer for my 2008 Edge. Does anyone have a programmer on their Edge? I have another brand in my Ford f150 and it is pretty amazing. Hypertech has a couple models and claims an additional 23 horsepower and 22 ftlb. torque. Here is the information on it.. Max Energy Power Programmer - Part #42009

Last winter I picked up a set of 17" General Grabber HTS's. Since then, they have had about 13,000 miles put on them. The wearing isn' t noticible. These tires have a lot of tread on them. They hold the road great, dig in great in snow, and claim that the rolling resistance is lower increasing gas mileage. I haven't seen any mileage improvements, but will say that these all seasons grip in the snow like all-terrains. Save some money and get these tires. Forget Michelin...

Has anyone found quality replacement rotors for the Edge? My wife's brakes are warped pretty bad...
