was taking to a buddies shop first who said he couldn't go any further and said everything leads to the bcm. next was a local shop who said. problem is no turn signals work on the outside (inside has a normal flashing) and has a battery drain) local shop said bcm is staying energized

not sure he said everything he test leans towards it

I have a 2012 ford edge and shop said it needs a new body control module. where can I find one and what numbers need to match. thanks in advance

did a little test today and doesn't seem like turn signals are getting 12volts (checked rear tails) any suggestions

I just picked up a 2012 edge, turn signals do not work outside the car, inside they flash normal (4 ways also don't work but do blink inside). I checked bulbs and the 2 fuses and they are fine. any suggestions where to look, turn signals blick normal inside car

yea its only noise for a few seconds and goes away. and when I drove it home over an hour no issues at all

don't no the history i just bought it last week and only drove it home. it drove fine the way home. an hour trip and no issues, had the rack done and light came on after and heard noise

i have no rattle on startup runs smooth, its only when it gets up to operating temperature when driving, you hear the noise for a few seconds and it's gone than light comes on

140k but it's not constant it does it for a few second and stops

whats going on everyone, ok bought 2008 edge a week ago drove it home about an hour no issues (besides the rack leaking) had a new rack done and when I left the shop my oil light came on. changed oil and oil pressure switch. started it and no light was on, drove it for about 5 min and when it got to operating temperature i heard like a little chain noise rattle for a second and it went away than oil light came on. any suggestions
