I've had several past issues with the Climate Control system in my wife's 2013 Ford Edge.
Either no heat or heat with no thermostat control.
In the past, the HVAC Reset (pressing both Power and Defrost simultaneously, then power button) has corrected the problem.
However, we are currently experiencing a heat with no thermostat control problem that the reset does not correct after multiple attempts to reset.
Is there a HVAC Control Board that needs to be replaced?
Any help would be deeply appreciated!
