Apologies if this is the wrong section.
We have a 2007 Edge that spent the first half of its life in Lubbock. The sunroof has always worked slow, but I keep it lubricated with lithium grease and it does okay.
Recently, my wife went to open it and the screen opened on the back and is now stuck and not working at all. On the fuse block diagram, it appears that the motor for the sunroof is the same as for the power locks and liftgate, both of which work fine.
I fear the motor is shot. Is there a way to test it?
